We are looking for a high-performing Executive Assistant to the Managing Director who can go beyond traditional executive support and become a true strategic partner to leadership.

This is not a routine coordination role. We are seeking a smart, polished, assertive, and highly mature professional who can bring structure, speed, judgment, and executive presence to the Managing Director’s office.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at problem-solving, and can confidently work with senior leadership while driving execution and closure—this role is for you.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  •  5+ years of professional experience, with 2+ years supporting senior leadership / executive office roles
  •  MBA from a reputed business school preferred
  •  Strong exposure to executive problem-solving, structured communication, and stakeholder management
  •  Experience in project-based, engineering-led, EPC, utilities, industrial, or execution-heavy businesses preferred
  •  Strong capability in calendar management, MIS, executive dashboards, presentations, review packs, and business communication tools
  •  Exceptional communication, drafting, presentation, and follow-up skills
  •  Strong business maturity, executive presence, discretion, and ownership mindset

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the Managing Director’s calendar, priorities, meetings, travel, and executive communications with precision and sound judgment.
  • Act as the MD’s leverage arm, converting discussions into structured action plans, decision notes, and measurable follow-through.
  • Provide a strategic layer of support by synthesizing business issues, preparing viewpoints, identifying priorities, and anticipating critical matters.
  • Represent the MD’s office professionally and confidently with internal leadership, clients, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare executive dashboards, presentations, review packs, meeting briefs, talking points, and business summaries for leadership discussions.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across sales, commercial, finance, projects, and leadership teams to ensure timely closure of priorities.
  • Support management reviews, strategic discussions, business planning forums, and leadership meetings.
  • Ensure every discussion results in clear accountability, timelines, and execution—not just conversations.
  • Bring discipline, maturity, confidentiality, and executive presence in handling sensitive business matters.
  • Challenge incomplete preparation and ensure only high-quality inputs reach the MD.
