As a Sr. Proposal Engineer at Gulf Water Treatment Co. Ltd., you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, playing a crucial role in crafting compelling proposals and bids for prospective projects. Your responsibilities will include thorough analysis of project requirements, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the presentation of detailed and competitive proposals to secure new business opportunities.

What You'll Do
- Prepare technical & commercial proposals based on RFQs
- Develop BOQ, budgeting & cost estimation for water & wastewater treatment projects
- Expertise in ETP, STP (MBR, MBBR, SBR, ASP, FAB, SAFF), ZLD, UF, RO (SWRO/BWRO), DM, EDI systems
- Prepare P&ID, PFD, hydraulic diagrams, plant layouts & technical documentation
- Equipment selection including Pumps, Valves, Instruments & Piping Systems
- Coordinate with sales teams, clients, vendors & subcontractors for project proposals and site inspections
- Support pre-order & post-order engineering activities for proposed projects
What We're Looking For
- 12+ years of experience in Process/Proposal Engineering within Water & Wastewater Treatment
- Strong expertise in Tendering, Estimation & EPC Projects
- Experience handling large-scale Oil & Gas sector tenders is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- Strong process knowledge in RO, Desalination, Ultrafiltration, Demineralization, Effluent Recycle Plants & Raw Water Pretreatment Systems
