Mechanical Supervisor – Water & Utility Operations

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Mechanical Supervisor to lead mechanical operations across our RO Plants, Pumping Stations, STP, and TSE facilities. If you are passionate about maintenance excellence, operational efficiency, and leading high-performing teams, this role is for you.

As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of mechanical systems and equipment across multiple utility and treatment facilities.


What You’ll Do

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and supervise a team of mechanical technicians and maintenance personnel.
  • Plan, allocate, and monitor daily maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Guide, train, and mentor team members to enhance technical capabilities and productivity.

Installation & Commissioning

  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment and systems.
  • Ensure all mechanical works are executed as per technical specifications and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for specialized activities.

Maintenance & Operational Excellence

  • Oversee preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.
  • Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for reliability improvement and energy optimization.
  • Ensure uninterrupted functioning of pumps, motors, pipelines, valves, blowers, and other utility systems.

Safety & Quality Compliance

  • Conduct routine inspections to maintain high safety and operational standards.
  • Enforce HSE policies and safe work practices across all mechanical activities.
  • Maintain proper documentation of inspections, maintenance logs, and repair records.

Reporting & Planning

  • Prepare maintenance reports, performance updates, and equipment status summaries.
  • Support budgeting, spare planning, and procurement activities for mechanical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, operational requirements, and regulatory standards 

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering
  • 10–12 years of relevant experience in RO Plants, STP, TSE, Pumping Stations, or utility operations
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced operational environments
